It is located in the north-west region of Kathmandu where you can enjoy the Langtang range, Ganesh Himal, Shringi Himal, Manaslu range, Lamjung Himal, Himalchuli, Annapurna massif and many other astounding mountains and peaks.

The trail offers you different ethnic groups of Nepal, different culture and unchanged tradition of the Newar, Gurung, Brahmin, and Chhetri. This trail is also enriched with beautiful flora and fauna. There are rhododendrons, pine forests with other natural vegetation. These forests are home of various species of birds and wild animals.

The main attraction to visit Ganga Jamuna trek is the twin waterfall. Ganga Jamuna is considered as the Hindu Pilgrimage site where a famous fair is held around the famous Tripura Sundari temple three days before the full moon in the first week of November. Here, you can observe a holy stone which is highly revered by the Hindu devotees and local people. It is believed that this holy stone preserves the divine power as water originates from there.

Ganga Jamuna trekking can be arranged both home stay and full board camping basis. The best time for trekking are spring and autumn seasons. However, trekking can be done throughout the year.
